The Rookie Division offers two levels of competition; Rookie Minors (ages: 6-8) and Rookie Majors (ages: 8-9).  First year 6 year old players are encouraged to register for Tee-Ball. 

Rookie Minors focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game and teamwork. This is a Coach/Machine Pitch league. Rookie Majors continue to focus on fundamentals while being slightly more competitive.

Both leagues play two games per week. Placement of players will be determined by an evaluation/draft process (No formal draft for 6-7 year old players).

Season runs from mid-April through late June with approximately 12-15 games.
