Tryout dates for the 2023 Camillus Wildcats 9u, 10u, 11u and 12u Cooperstown Teams have been announced. (Please note: our 12U (non-Cooperstown) Travel Team tryout will be held in March 2023 following modified team tryouts.) These supplemental programs are intended for players looking for additional competitive travel-baseball opportunities.
Who is eligible to try out?
- Players need to be age-eligible for the team they’re trying out for. Player’s age is determined by how old they will be on 4/30/2023.
- 9u and 10u players MUST register/participate in the 2023 CSBA House (Regular Season) Program.
- 11u and 12u players MUST have participated in the 2022 CSBA House (Regular Season) Program AND register/participate in the 2023 CSBA House (Regular Season) Program.
- In addition to the 11u/12u requirements above, 12u Cooperstown players must reside within the West Genesee School District Boundaries.
When are tryouts?
- 9u Wildcats: Sunday, 8/28; 9:00am - 10:00am at Shove Park Field 1
- 10u Wildcats: Sunday, 8/28; 10:00am - 11:00am at Shove Park Field 1
- 11u Wildcats: Sunday, 8/28; 11:00am – 12:00pm at Shove Park Field 1
- 12u Cooperstown: Sunday, 8/28; 12:00pm – 1:30pm at Shove Park Field 1
- 12u Wildcats: TBD - March 2023
Do I need to register in advance?
- No. Players will sign in when they arrive at the field. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time, to allow players to sign in.
